JLNutrition is a specialized platform designed for professional meal planning, food and activity logging, accessible exclusively through authorization by a licensed nutrition counselor. Users gain access by logging in with credentials provided by their counselor during the setup of their secure web-based cloud account.

Once authenticated, users can view personalized meal plans, grocery lists, daily caloric targets, and weight management goals, all configured by their counselor within the cloud system and synchronized with the JLNutrition mobile application. These nutritional and weight management parameters include daily calorie allowances, target weight, BMI, macronutrient distribution, and other vital health indicators aimed at promoting improved nutritional habits and overall wellness.

Operationally, the platform allows users to review prescribed meal plans, generate shopping lists, log food intake and physical activities, and track calories consumed or burned. Data entered via the app or through the web-based portal is automatically synchronized to ensure consistency across devices. Counselors can then monitor this information remotely to provide tailored guidance and support adherence to individualized health plans.
